                                  Hurricane Warranty Information
 

Wescott Roofing & Painting, LLC is proud to introduce our new hurricane warranty. We   assure you,  we are a state certified roofing company with enough experience to carry such a warranty. Your warranty will cover your new roof up to five years upon the completion date. The hurricane warranty covers up to a category 3 storm. If your roof is damaged due to wind of any such hurricane, we will replace the damaged areas at no charge to you.

What do you have to lose? Think about your home owners insurance, think about your deductible. Think about all the hassles after a storm. Your roof will be the one thing you won't have to be worried about.

All material and workmanship will be done to the Miami-Dade building code. They have the strongest code in all of the US. Brevard County does not follow this code.

Some of the things you can expect with your new roof.

1. Roof will be removed down to the plywood
2. Will re-nail the entire deck to bring up to code
3. Dry roof with type 2 felt, twice as thick as the normal 30#
4. We will use tin-tab instead of simplex to install felt
5. The entire house will have adhesive installed on all edges (12 inch's wide)
6. We use Owens- Corning (Duration Premium Shingles 130 mph)
7. Our ridge vent system is cap over vents not the metal kind
