Tips on survivng your re-roof

Materials will be paid for up front before the job starts.

Remove your car from the driveway before the work crew arrives. If the work takes several days please find temporary parking until your roof is complete.

During the tear off and re-roof process several things can, and probably will happen. The process will be very noisy, if you have small children,  pets, elderly or noise sensitive individuals you may want to plan a day out trip the day of your re-roof. There can also be vibration, so make sure all wall fixtures/lights are securely attached. Please remove any items you have doubt about and safely secure them.

If you have outside pets secure them during the process for the safety of your pets as well as our crews.

If you have any questions concerning the roof installation, payments, or any other concerns, please contact our office for an immediate and correct response.

If your back gate is locked please make it accessible during work hours.

The work site will have debris removed daily and at the completion of the job a thorough walk around will be performed as well as magnetically swept throughout job site to collect loose nails.

Payment of balance due will be collected upon completion and approval of job.
